Sale Processing, Shipping and Delivery Times Your credit card or PayPal payment will be processed immediately upon submission of your order to us. Shipping option selected must reflect shipping charges associated with your order. Should an order present to us without an accurate shipping option selected, we will adjust the order post-receipt to reflect actually charges associated with your delivery via the cheapest method available. All orders are considered final at time of order submission. We require 3-10 business days to process, pack, and ship your order to you after payment has been received, regardless of shipping method selected, unless otherwise noted within your order status updates OR unless a handcrafted or custom item has been ordered. Some hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind or special order items can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. We offer a multi-shipment option in these cases, should you prefer not to wait for all items to be ready to ship (additional charges will apply). Please note that shipment insurance is not provided for deliveries utilizing our standard USPS Priority Mail service. We will not be held responsible for packages after they leave our shipping department and are released to the postal service for delivery. We are not responsibible for loss, breakage or other delivery problems associated with your shipment UNLESS optional shipping insurance (provided by the United States Postal Service) is purchased. Claims on insured packages will be made through and processed through the US Postal Service and not Spirit Tomes and Treasures. However, we will assist you in filing any claims necessary should need arise. We will process a second transaction for shipping insurance at your request, manually via telephone. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We at Spirit Tomes and Treasures reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. In the event of pricing discrepancy, Spirit Tomes and Treasures reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to change the price as stated by the policy and notify you of the pricing change and mutually decide upon next steps. Shipping charges are estimated at time of checkout. Any adjustments necessary to ensure shipping and handling charges are accurately charged to your account will happen without notice, prior to shipping your order to your designated location, according to the posted charges at the carrier and our aforementioned per-order handing charges as noted above. Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise Spirit Tomes and Treasures will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. Reports must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise and merchandise return is received by Spirit Tomes and Treasures within 10 business days of return authorization. Out of Stock/Backorder/Discontinued Items Handling In some instances, an item may go out of stock before we have an opportunity to update our website. We also may be notified of backorders or product discontinuances from our many manufacturers that can have an effect on orders placed within our online shopping system. In order to ensure timely delivery of your orders and bypass delays due to backorder, we will issue a refund for any out of stock, discontinued or backordered items on your order, along with any shipping charges if applicable, that can go toward the purchase of any order and can be used just like cash during checkout! All sales orders are to be considered final at time of checkout. Permission to Return and to Receive Credit Spirit Tomes and Treasures will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR MERCHANDISE and ONLY if an intention to return notification is received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. You must submit the reason for the return in your notification. All notifications should be submitted via email and within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be received by Spirit Tomes and Treasures within 7 business days post approval of return notification. We will issue a STORE CREDIT in the amount in which you paid for the merchandise in US dollars, plus any applicable sales taxes you were charged for the item, less shipping and handling fees and 15% restocking fee. UNLESS THERE IS A PROBLEM (ie: breakage, product error) WITH THE MERCHANDISE RECEIVED, ALL SALES ARE TO BE CONSIDERED FINAL AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED AND STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY RETURNS. If an authorization code is issued for a return, credit will not be issued until product is returned and determined to be IN SALEABLE CONDITION within the timeframe specified above.
